Stamping Brenda's Crafting Paradise

This week I visited Daughter I-Needa. We were treated to a home tour of Stamping Brenda's new residence. She and her husband just recently settled into their new home, and it didn't take Stamping Brenda long to settle into her new dedicated stamping room.

This room is truly amazing. It seems the perfect place for anyone to truly enjoy their hobby.

Stamping Brenda has been crafting cards for years and truly has a creative gift. She has collected many items through the years to use in her card making, and all that stuff has to go somewhere. At last, it has an organized and beautiful place to be.

Here Stamping Brenda shows off one of her cards to Daughter I-Needa. Just look at the beautiful cabinets... Lots of space to put things!

She has lots of counter space, a worktable in the center, and storage galore!

She has open wall units for storage as well.

What a nice work station... complete with a TV.

Very very nice, Stamping Brenda

You are such a blessed girl!

I-Needa is looking over all the stuff on the table. Just look at the storage.... The closet is full of stamps and stamp sets!!

I'm not sure there is anything that Stamping Brenda doesn't have. Oh.... envy.... such a great room!!

Me? I haven't made a card or done anything since I took on my kitchen remodel. It has completely consumed my life. It is almost done.... and this room of Stamping Brenda's just may give me the incentive I need to get my own few things out and start creating again. One thing for sure is that I'll never have a workroom like this one. I could only dream.

I will admit that at this point, I really don't deserve a place like this. Stamping Brenda does. She so deserves it and will do it justice.

It has also occurred to me that Stamping Brenda just might buy more stuff. I guess that wouldn't be a problem. She certainly does have more storage space and can find anything she needs in an instant.

There is a place for ribbon by the roll, ink pads, punches, papers,... you name it, she has it.

If you've wandered here and are looking at this dream come true room for stamping, you may just feel like organizing something. I know my friend Crafting Ida will probably jump up and run organize her room again. She does that frequently. I've managed to get my supplies (another word for stuff) into one closet. I haven't been crafting cards very long, so haven't managed to buy like this gal.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at this beautiful place. If you are a crafter, you understand.

Stamping Brenda's Dream Room

While visiting I-Needa, we were treated to an on site visit of the house that Stamping Brenda and her husband will soon call their new home.

Brenda is a crafter deluxe. She has a room in their home for her crafts, and her husband really felt she needed something special in their new home that will be a dedicated craft room. Oh... doesn't that make you feel the love for hubby?

I had stepped into this in progress room and just had to snap a picture. Stamping Brenda is looking around a bit while I-Needa looks out the window... possibly in prayer for a similar stamping room. Just kidding.
Please note a closet with shelving. There's lots of space there.

Then there will be lovely built in cabinets. Again... this is a craft room. Stamping Brenda has tons of stamps, inks, papers, tools. You name it, Brenda probably has it.

Of course, you are going to want to see the finished product one of these days when Brenda is moved into her house and has the new room readied for crafting. It may be the first room she unpacks. There will be a large table in the middle of the room, and who knows what else. I'll definitely head back and take more pictures.

Stamping Brenda has been a dedicated card crafter and album maker for many years. She is always doing something to help raise funds for worthy causes with her craft. I can't think of anyone who better deserves such a nice room for her toys. Besides, Stamping Brenda is just plain nice.

In the meantime, I can go dig in my closet and try to find what I'm looking for. I'm trying to keep things organized as I add to my little crafting collection, but I can certainly see the joy of having this really nice place to play.

Stamping Brenda's Embellishment Holder

Stamping Brenda has such good ideas for cute things to use in her crafting room. I just had to share a couple that she sent me today. Look at this cute cutlery tray that she has mounted on the wall to hold embellishments. Actually, she has two of them. It's simple, but it works and looks really nice.

Thank you for sharing, Brenda!!

Stamping Brenda's Wine Rack

Stamping Brenda sent me a picture of her cool new marker holder. One of her friends picked this up in Canton for five dollars. Brenda added some 30 oz. plastic tumblers from Walmart, and now has a nifty new holder. I just had to share!! Thanks, Stamping Brenda.

Punch Organizer

Stamping Brenda sent me a picture of her reorganized punches. I said, 'Pleeeeeese, Brenda, please may I post this?' She said, 'I don't mind you sharing the information.'

Brenda saw this idea on Splitcoast Stampers. She bought white curtain rods and attached them from stud to stud. She says they are very sturdy.

Brenda has been crafting memory albums and cards for years and years. She has a whole room devoted to her passion, and it is extremely well organized.

At the top of the picture, you can barely see some cards. Brenda has a wire hung close to the ceiling on all her walls. She uses it to display cards she has made. It is very attractive and she has easy access to ideas.

I've begged Brenda for more pictures of her organization and hope also to get some of the wonderful cards she makes.
Thank you, Brenda.

Stamping Brenda

I went to visit daughter I-Needa. I-Needa often has a group over to work on album making (aka scrapbooking). I've gone to several of these events and love meeting I-Needa's friends. One wonderful friend is Stamping Brenda. I-Needa has always tried to help identify who she is talking about on the phone by putting a helpful adjective in front of their name. I catch on faster that way. Well, Brenda loves to make cards and also memory albums. She has been at it for years and years, and she is very good at it. So I-Needa would refer to her as 'Stamping Brenda.' I've just kept the name and think it is a good one.

I arrived for a visit with I-Needa and an album making event. Stamping Brenda was there. She is always such fun and full of enthusiasm for her crafting. I-Needa and Stamping Brenda had been talking about my new interest in card making. Both being generous souls, they had each collected a few items to help insure I had supplies. That was sweet!

I had a good time with both of them. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and I was pushed closer to the edge of addiction. Mind you, I'm not complaining. I went willingly.

I have to brag on Stamping Brenda a bit here. She has hand crafted many cards these past few years which she 'sells' and donates all proceeds to her city's Cancer Walk. I'm impressed with the idea of combing fun with generosity toward a greater good. Go, Stamping Brenda!
